Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in a charge of 35% of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
